  • Holistic wellness is focused on your overall wellness: mind, body, and soul. Most importantly, we will do the work to help you reconnect with you.

    My coaching is rooted in mindset work and understanding yourself at a deeper level. This is often called "shadow work." We will focus on understanding your subconscious beliefs to get to the root of unhelpful patterns in order to release them. This includes inner child work and connecting to your highest self.

    It also includes educating on and leveraging practices such as astrology, journaling, meditation, sound frequencies, crystals, and understanding energy work.

    We will also focus on how your external is linked to your internal. This includes how you're spending your time, daily habits and patterns, and tools to allow you to create a life that is filled with what is most important to you. Think about how great it feels when you have a clean and organized home vs. how overwhelmed you feel when you have a cluttered home. Same concept!

    Never heard of or learned about any of this before? That is totally fine! I am here to share my knowledge to give you a wealth of tools to pick and choose from that work for you. The goal of my coaching is to guide you on your journey of reconnecting with yourself, share my knowledge and tools, and empower you to step into your highest self. I like to say this is a "teach you to fish" program. You will have the clarity, knowledge, and tools to navigate life well-beyond my coaching.

  • My coaching services are not therapy. Holistic wellness coaching is a collaborative process focused on guiding, providing tools, and empowering you to reconnect with yourself to improve your overall well-being.

    Therapy is a separate tool between a therapist and client where the therapist diagnoses and/or treats mental illnesses or disorders.

  • I love this question because it is entirely up to you. If you’re reading this, my guess is something has called you here. If you are ready to do the work and willing to be open and vulnerable, you will absolutely reap the benefits. As a coach, I love working with clients to guide them along their journeys. I cannot, however, do the work for you! In order to make lasting change you must make a commitment and investment in yourself. If you’re ready to do so, I’m ready to help you get where you want to go!
